The blouse has damask type pattern embossed in fabric and the pants/vest have a large woven style to the fabric.
There are Pearlescent / metal snap buttons, all intact and very cool western details throughout.
I think this is probably something that would have been worn by a 1950s tween/young teen. Back when Roy Rogers and Dale Evans were all the rage. H Bar C is a well-known western wear label that has been around for ages and are still around.
