Very unusual style. Sort of a quasi raglan/flutter sleeve design. Bodice is open under the arms with these long flutter sleeves
Button placket on left shoulder. This is how you get into the blouse
All buttons present
High ruched neck

I’m not entirely convinced these pieces actually came together. I mean, they could have? But I don’t know for certain. They did come to us together, and they do absolutely work together. So, they will stay together!
